What are Core+ connectors?
Core+ connectors generally include regional carriers and complex connectors. You can view Core vs. Core+ connectors on the connectors page.
Does Shiplab provide an API for my carrier invoice data?
Yes! We provide a Data Delivery API for all paid plans so you can easily integrate your carrier invoice data how you choose.
What does ‘≤$X invoiced/month’ mean?
This refers to the total carrier invoice amount per month aggregated, ie your spend per month with carriers we aggregate on your behalf.
How does billing work regarding spend volume overages?
- If you exceed your plan’s included invoice volume but don’t want to upgrade to the next plan tier, you can continue processing shipments at a rate of $25 per additional $100K invoiced.
- This charge is automatically applied at the end of the billing cycle based on your total processed invoice volume.
- Example: If you’re on the Enterprise Plan (which includes $1M invoiced per month) and process $1.2M, you will be charged $50 extra ($25 for each additional $100K).
I’m not ready to upgrade, but need an additional connector or anticipate exceeding my plan spend volume limit. What can I do?
