Your parcel carrier website logins are all that is required for most major carriers.  Some regional carriers require some additional information but rest assured we'll make setup easy for those also.  Shiplab will automatically collect all data available directly from your carriers.

We take the onboarding load on here.  Once we have your carrier information and profile we will schedule a kickoff meeting with your assigned Shiplab Client Advocate to further discuss your specific requirements.  This expert will be your point person for all things moving forward.  Once connections are validated your Shiplab Client Advocate will typically schedule a production kickoff meeting to discuss details of the production transition for your team.

Nope. We are the foundation data layer for many popular providers however.  We're independent and focus solely on source carrier data consolidation, validation, and availability.  We ain't got no dog in that fight, as we say.  We help them solve data problems every day however.

If you are a shipper, we do not interfere with any existing spend management providers you may have.

No problem.  We don't interfere with any of these solution providers and your Shiplab Carrier connections are independent.  Additionally, no changes to your existing processes or carriers are required either.  We just collect, organize, and maintain your source data so it's in your control.

Shiplab can collect as much history as each data source allows.  Most major carriers have limitations between 6months and 1 year.  During trials we typically have a two week historical backfill limit.  Historical downloads are typically available for paid ongoing data collection plans but but may incur additional charges.

Refresh windows are configurable based on the plan you choose.
